Are you referring to

If so, I fixed that bug in the latest version (1:1.0.7.2-1). The packages
are currently under review by Atsuhito. But if you are curious, you can
download them from http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/t/texmacs/
and compile it. Otherwise, wait for a week and they should be available in
Sid.
