By the way, if you find a way to do it nicely with double-sided
half-pages, I'd appreciate the script! I've tried psnup, but I
couldn't get it to either:
(1) print pages: n, 1, 2, n-1 on a sheet
(2) print pages: 1, 3, 4, 2 on a sheet
