hello texmacs users..
i am trying to compiling texmacs's source code on ubuntu by following
the instructions in README file.
after entering the command ./configure i am getting the following error.

checking for Guile... ./configure: line 3936: guile-config: command not found
configure: cannot find guile-config; is Guile installed?
