Many bug fixes and improvements to latex import for instance. Also the
Qt port of a widget system, some facilities and documentation for
editing scheme code, important updates to a few plugins, bug fixes to
IME input and many other things I don't recall right now. The list is
being prepared and should be posted here in a couple of weeks.

You can check the 53 items closed since the last release in the issue
tracker: http://goo.gl/SnTJ3

But there are many things not listed there, so you'll have to wait for
the official list.
