Hi,
Complex search and replace should change sometimes soon.
For the impatient, try the Scheme commands '(open-search)'
and '(open-replace)' (e.g. after doing M-X).
We still have to implement an adequate footer widget
instead of a popup window which clobbers the main window.
Best wishes, --Joris

What is strange is that this hack works differently when you are in "edit

Switch back to source tree mode, and things are found again.

Another thing I found is that selected regions are not preserved between

When you switch between them, strange things happen with the selection.
