As a side note, old versions of TeXmacs are still available here:

ftp://ftp.texmacs.org/TeXmacs/targz/
ftp://ftp.texmacs.org/TeXmacs/rpm/

Their might also be packages for your favourite Linux distributions,
but we do not keep track of those.
