Not AFAIK, but check the other options in the command line. You can definitely add one to quit texmacs immediately after launching.

Is there  a way  to do this  setup without starting  the GUI,  or even
contacting an X server?  I  update from subversion automatically so it
would be nice to automate the setup too.
