Dear Nicolas,
TeXmacs has no built-in computing facilities,
except for the Scheme interface (which will only be able
to do roughly the same things as a pocket calculator).
All interfaces for Python, Maxima, Sage, Maple, etc.
assume that these have been installed by your means;
if you did not install them, then you won't be able
to use them.
