Dear Pierre-Henri,

you might already be aware but…

At the bottom of the help page accessible through Help > Keyboard > Keyboard
configuration… you can find alternate ways to achieve the key combinations
using the espace key. To insert columns or rows, what you need is: esc esc
arrow
