cite-author-year interference with preview-ref

Hello,

I find the tooltip functionality offered by `preview-ref` package really
appealing (congrats for the great work!).
However it looks like the `cite-author-year` package interferes badly with it:
hover balloons disappear whenever `cite-author-year` is activated, and get
back as soon as it is switched off.

Any idea on how to get my tooltip back?
