Joris,

the plugin developped by E. Corcelle, that relied on xcas and metapost, allowed us to get such a table, if i remember. But this (and its other plugins) doesn't work any longer.

Probably an even a better solution would be to automatically generate
the table using a computer algebra system.  One day, if I have time...
