In fact, I did my best adding these symbols before 2002 :^)
They are incorporated in the most recent version of TeXmacs (0.3.5.11)
as is easily seen by looking at the changelog. They are not directly
incorporated in the encoding, but rather special macros.
They might become "<...>" like symbols in the future.
