Hello all:

 

I'm new to TeXmacs, and just trying to get it running.  Haven't found the answer to this in the archives, so I'll try it here.

 

I built version 1.0.0.5 from source, running RedHat 7.0.  I've gotten it to build with both gcc 2.96 and gcc 2.95.3.  However, when I go to start it up, it gets as far as

ERROR: unbound variable: simple-format.

 

I've poked around in the source a bit, and it seems to be happening in the call to gh_enter in the install_guile method.

 

Anyone come across this or have any ideas?
