Hi,

how do you create a pdf-file with a special pagesize?

With pdflatex I can create a pdf-file which has a papersize of eg. 15
x 20 cm. 

How can I achieve this with texmacs and eg. ps2pdf?

When I print to a file and view it in gv with the switch BBox it is
displayed with the given pagesize.

The pdf-file created with ps2pdf has some default-size like a4.

Are there any tools I can use?

I am using Debian testing.
