A comment from Joris on the Wiki just made me discover you could use
M-return (with the latest experimental version of TeXmacs) to insert a
"new-line" format element in order to create multi-line article title.
I would like to know where that new-line feature is documented. Where
is its expected usage explained? How can I insert it from the menu?
Also, what is the relation with that other format tag "next-line",
which can be inserted from the menu as "Insert->Break->New line"?
These two tags seem to behave differently w.r.t. to interline space.
Ho, and yes, "Insert->Break->New line" does insert "next-line" and NOT
"new-line"... but, after all, that is not the only complete confusion
in the menu items...
Finally, both new-line and next-line insert insufficent vertical
whitespace between the two lines of the article' title... How is it
possible to fix that problem?

TeXmacs is NOT a LaTeX front-end and is unrelated to emacs.
