Hi all, 

especially the german speaking users!

I edited the current english-german.scm and the missing-file and I
hope I improved it. 

I've attached the files. Please have a look at them and tell me your
opinion via pm. 

ASAP I will then send an improved version, which can be included into
the next release.

P.S. You can test the files when you copy english-german.scm to
/usr/local/share/TeXmacs-1.0.0.XX/langs/natural/dic/ and start TeXmacs
again. Backup your old english-german.scm before!

BTW: How can I merge english-german.scm and the missing file to see
all new messages?
