Use Andrey's dictool.

Open the two files you want to merge (using the "Open->Open .scm"
menu), then select "Operation->Add" in one of the dictionnary windows,
then "This->Ok" in the other window, and finally save the dictionnary
which appears in a new window.

By the way, it seems that translation keys always start with lowercase
letters, so you can remove that few Capitalized entries which appears
at the top of the dictionnary window.
