The available paper sizes are listed in Documento->Página->Tamaño

For sure. But you can definie you own too (with otra).

Strange, I don't get this behaviour if the style is defined forehand. 
Anyway, you can use Documento->Actualizar->Todo to retrieve the normal 
layout after deselecting Preamble mode.

Same behaviour here, no matter which end line breaking I use.

Because it is not coded to do so. Maybe you can add this to the wish 
feature. It's rather boring to click 10 times on .. to go to the right 
folder, I agree with you.
