At some point in the edition of your document, you used paper
page-type, so the typesetter generated the aux-data for the section
labels with the page numbers. Then you switched back to papyrus
page-type and typed the rest of your document.
You are right. This behaviour is confusing. Do you have any idea how
to make this less confusing?
Note: I see you made the same mistake as Offray with "page break"
before "Introduccion". You should have used "new page before" instead.
