That looks more like a packaging bug in GUILE.

In guile-1.6.0 (I assume that is what you are using),
include-deprecated-features is always defined in
'libguile/deprecation.c'. And anyway that symbol is not used in
TeXmacs.

You should notify Mandrake of that problem.
