i have followed the steps pointed out in the documentation to have a 
bibliography citation; wherever i want to add a quote i do 
insert->Link->citation, then i add the label of the quote (IFAD00). At the 
end of the document i do Text->Automatic->Bibliography, i select alpha and 
the file where it is, the quote im wanting to add is in the .bib like this:

@TechReport{IFAD00,
       author={IFAD},
       title="{VDMTools - Java/C++ Code Generator}",
 institution = "IFAD",
       year={2000}
       }

 then i finally do Document->Update->Bibliography, but the bibliography 
title is still empty; the problem persist even after exporting the document 
to ps

any hints about this?
