Hello Elias,I got the source by cvs and install axiom
In order to use Axiom with TeXmacs you need to download the
newest version of Axiom from
http://www.nongnu.org/axiom/download.html
If you can build Axiom from the source code that is the
best way at present. If you are not comfortable doing this,
then you need the most recent binary for your configuration.
Specifically *not* the one at http://axiom.tenkan.org/
Unfortunatey both places where you can download these files
are down at this time due to a hack attach. The notice says
they with be back online by Friday, but I wouldn't hold my
breath!
In the mean time, you can probably get your current older
installation to work if you go to the
mnt/linux/bin
directory and change the name of the file 'axiom' to
'AXIOMsys'
mv axiom AXIOMsys
Then at least TeXmacs should be able to find Axiom for you.
Now everything works fine (at least for the moment :-) )
Thanks for the help

Let us know if this works for you.

I' ve just installed TeXmacs 1.0.2.9 (from the sourse code package) and i have some problem with the plugins) The first oneMaple is not officially supported, so it does only work for certain systems and versions of Maple. We don't get any help from MapleSoft in order to improve the interface either. I would suggest not to use this (proprietary) software.
MAPLE
TeXmacs found maple automatically, (i have maple 9) but when the session starts it outputs the message
/usr/local/maple9/bin/maple: line 1: portrait,colour,width=300,height=200:
command not found
and i can not do any calculations
Sorry i forgot to mention this I use the free one version fromAXIOMWhich version of Axiom do you have? The NAG version or the free one? I will forward your mail to the developers of the free Axiom system. You should discuss this issue with them.
