Hello,

How can I create a heading row in a table? I have a long table in a document 
that expands in several pages. I want to get the heading row in each page. 
Maybe it's in the documentation but I cannot find it.

I want to use a double line (====) in a table instead a single line (-----) 
in 
a table. How can I do that?

I have another problem in the document I am writing. When I print it, I get a 
label <page-number> instead of the page number. I have tried to update all 
the document (Document-Update-All) but nothing has changed. Any help?

If the answers of these questions are in the help files, please tell me where 
they are.
