No! Half of the point of a Cygwin package is, that you do not have to
select the dependencies manually (the other half is that you do not have
to compile). On the third run of setup.exe, selecting an official mirror
should have sufficed!

Thinking back to my recent trial installation, installation worked for me
even in two runs, as described on the installation instructions on my
page, which puzzled me now for a moment. The reason why it worked in two
runs was: it seems I selected two mirrors, one offical full mirror and my
package server at the same time. Indeed, This page about setup.exe
http://cygwin.com/cygwin-ug-net/setup-net.html explains, that one can
select multiple locations by holding down the CRTL key.

I'll do a full reinstallation, and write more fool-proof instructions.
Alas, this will have to wait one day.

Andreas.
