I'm not an expert in using texmacs.
I think it is possible to add the tex command just after abstract
beginning, like
\addcontentsline{toc}{abcd}{absract}
Though to make this working you have to put the additional string somewhere
in
macro definitions
\newcommand{\l@abcd}[2]{\hbox to\textwidth{#1\dotfill #2}}.
I don't know how to add such a thing to texmacs.
