Note to all users:
Floating objects used to be very broken for as long as I knew this
feature. In texmacs 1.0.3.3 I fixed the issue. Now floating objects
should behave as advertised.
There are still many problems with floats in multicols (disappearing
floats, even segfaults), but the float functionality is now correct in
single-column documents, as far as I know.
If you can identify any misbehaviour with floating objects in single
column documents, please report it!
Well, I have not yet checked the patch was actually applied correctly,
but since the patch application process has grown smoother over the last
monthes and Javier reported an improvement, it is probably okay.
