This is TeXmacs version 1.0.3.3.

I've attached an example of a document that would cause this to happen
on my install. I couldn't actually create (most of) the document in TM
for obvious reasons, but this should do it.

Just in case it is one of the requirements and not TeXmacs itself,
here's a list of everything that my system says TeXmacs depends upon
(keep in mind that a lot of these are indirect dependencies):
