I want to type:

<plus_minus> 1.5 <degrees_symbol> Angle.

Is the following a correct way to type this:

* $ to start math mode
* \pm <ENTER> to get <plus_minus> symbol
* 1.5
* ^ to go to super script mode
* Mathematics->Symbol->Misc and select the 3rd circle looking item at the
bottom.
* Right Arrow
* Angle

I don't like the results---the <degrees_symbol> is really close to the "1.5"
string and is not high enough.

I guess I am looking for the Mathemtatics->Accent above->Circle command,
except that I don't want the symbol at the top of the "1.5" string, but
rather in the super-script position.

Here are two variants that I tried. Both of them look wrong.

<with|mode|math|\<pm\>1.5<rsup|\<fullnote\>>Angle>

<with|mode|math|\<pm\><wide|1.5|\<abovering\>> Angle>
