hello,
 i have recently compiled texmacs 1.0.3.8 on a sun ultrasparc running solaris 
9. everything appeared to have gone well, the first run of texmacs produced 
all the fonts then i got this error:

TeXmacs] Loading ecrm11 at 300 dpi
Warning: I could not find the TeX font ecrm10 at 330 dpi
         I will use the standard font cmr10 instead

Fatal error: No active view in 'tm_server_rep::get_meta'

i have tried what some people have suggested and deleted the font cache and 
forced a reload of the fonts, but still this error comes up.

any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
