In tm_gnuplot the init variable only needs to add the 'color' option ...
lines 45,46
# standard initialization of GNUplot
init='reset~set terminal postscript eps color enhanced ~set output
"'$TEMP_DIR$TEMP_PS_NAME'"~set size 1,1~set autoscale~'
The above should be on one line. The only change
to /usr/libexec/TeXmacs/bin/tm_gnuplot line 46 is adding the word color.
