I think that TeXmacs should include the windows keys :
C-x, C-c, C-v (Cut, Copy, Paste). A lots of people use to used it.
I know the problem with the emacs style like C-c C-s (to save file) .
The two styles can work together : If some text is selected then C-x
mean "Cut" else it is an emacs-like command.
