Yes, as separate keybinding style is definitely what we have in mind,
but we did not have time to write one. If someone is interested,
one thing you can do is modify
progs/keyboard/kbd-emacs.scm
so that it meets the Windows conventions and send it back to me.
Please make it complete though (not only C-x, C-c, C-v).
