A new windows version has been posted. It
contains a small user requested feature to be able to modify the home directory
where TeXmacs places its .TeXmacs directory.
To enable this feature, pass the following command
line parameter:
--X-set-home=[path]
If the path contains spaces, you must enclose the
path with double quotes (ie. --X-set-home="[path with spaces]".
