You must make sure that the TEX_HOME environment varible is set to the root of your Miktek distribution. Then delete your .TeXmacs directory under your windows profile root. Restart TeXmacs and it should work fine.

Subject: [TeXmacs] No Tex System could be found
Hi,
I reinstalled my windows xp, and installed texmacs-1.4.4.0.4 with full Miktex.
But when I open my paper, it shows that "No Tex system could be found, ..."
Any clues about this?
