I have found that you can put a ratio to scale the .ps file by in the 
postscript tag.  The names of the fields (there are several) are listed 
in the help, but there isn't any description of them in my help.  It is 
the second and third fields.

to make it 2/3 its original size in both directions would be

<postscript|/path/to/file.ps|*2/3|*2/3|...>

I am not sure exactly why the star is necessary, but it is.
