Thank you for reporting this bug.

I now have online help working (scheme script needed to be changed), however the updating still is broken. I will fix this shortly and post an updated version.

Usually, if you do Help/Online help/Update from web, you can download
the documentation. So the fact that one cannot reach the Online help menu
appears to be a bug.
