sourceforge. The download speed from texmacs.org is a little slow now.
It would be more appropriate to maintain a mirror of texmacs.org
on Savannah, since TeXmacs is a GNU project and SourceFourge is not
really free. However, when I started the new layout of the TeXmacs site,
which is now generated automatically, Savannah provided no support
whatsoever for mirroring or automatic web-site generation.
If someone wants to figure out a way to do this and maintain a mirror,
then that would be great. Anyway, it might be good to have mirrors
for texmacs.org.
