I have made a document with several figures and tables which are 
referenced throughout the text. When I added a list of figures and a 
list of tables at the beginning of the document, most of the references 
in the text just show up as a red question mark (but changing some text 
near the red ? makes it go back to the correct reference).

For this document, the list of figures and table list were not critical, 
so I left them out.  Is there something I am doing wrong, or is this a bug?

Also, is there a way to have the figure and table numbers appear in the 
list of figures and tables with the titles?
