I am currently working with floating content. Sometimes I inadvertently
delete the anchor point of a floating object, which causes the non-local
deletion of content.


Maybe it would be a good idea to signal the float anchor by a flag which
specifies the type of float in papyrus mode (and perhaps the page number
in paper mode?).
