How can I do that? I didn't know it was possible.

I used GnuPlot indirectly. I plotted the sinus function using Inset ->
Image -> Plot -> Curve. TeXmacs uses GnuPlot to plot the curve.

The Apendix B example is amazing. But, Scheme programming is far out of my
knowledge :-( Anyway it shows the potential of the graphics mode.
