I am wondering if there is a way to export a given .tm file to .tex or
.pdf files from command line?

Why I want to do this?

I like xdvi/acroread as viewers than texmacs. Texmacs is a great
editor but not as good a viewer (see my other post
http://lists.texmacs.org/wws/arc/texmacs-users/2005-11/msg00104.html
regarding this). So I thought I can write a shell script which will
automatically convert .tm -> .tex -> .dvi or .tm -> .pdf and invoke
xdvi/acroread on the final file. But I soon discovered (after checking
the man page) that there is no command line interface for exporting
.tm to .tex/.pdf files.

Any ideas? I am using Debian unstable 1.0.5.10.
