Yes, it can. Just select Document -> Style -> Seminar. And that's all.
Although TeXamcs can be used as slideshow viewer, I don't use it. I export
the presentation as PDF and use the full screen view of most of the PDF
viewers. Many times you must use computers that hasn't got TeXmacs
installed but all of them have PDF viewers.
A long time ago I prepared an alternative seminar style because I found
the included one quite boring. My style is quite bad too, but it shows how
you can edit the style file. If I could do it, it has to be quite easy ;-)
In case you were interested in it, tell me and I'd send it to you.
