You can always modify the seminar style to create your own. It's not very
difficult.

What desktop are you using? I think that 'Presentation mode' only works
fine with Gnome. I use KDE or Mac OS X and it didn't work fine in any of
them. Usually I export the presentation as a PDF and use a full screen pdf
viewer.
