This one is marked "postponed" ; it means that
it probably depends/is connected with something
else, and that it would be better to do it together
with these other things. In effect, as soon as your
software becomes complex, you cannot always just
sit down & say "OK, I will fix this bug right
now" : you must take dependencies into account,
and it takes time, in order to be sure that
correcting the bug doesn't break other things.
To state it otherwise : as soon as your software
becomes complex, removing a bug often involves a
certain amount of *refactoring*, and refactoring
tends to be tedious & error-prone (=> postponing).

This being said, I agree that 1 year is perhaps
a little bit long to fix such a bug...
