OK. It seems your fig2ps command generates a .ps file
which is a little bit special. This is the reason why
TeXmacs cannot dispay it. The solution to this is either
to install a version of fig2ps (or of xfig) which nullifies
this problem, or performing the fig->postscript translation
manually (i.e., perform ps2epsi on cantor_dust1.ps, and
then use the cantor_dust1.eps output file as the file
you insert in your TeXmacs document).
