This is probably a bug in the Windows version (and I don't know how
to solve it). If no solution can be easily found, running TeXmacs
under Cygwin remains an option (in this latter case, *everything*
works exactly the same as in the Linux version). Cygwin is theoretically
not the best option, but currently, the native Win32 version of TeXmacs
is a little bit broken in some areas, and nobody has time right now
to solve these small, but annoying problems (but we plan to solve
these problems at some point in the future).
