I am trying to convert to latex a small document but I get an empty file and the following message on the console:

/usr/share/texmacs/TeXmacs/progs/kernel/library/list.scm:97:8: In procedure last-pair in expression (last-pair l):
/usr/share/texmacs/TeXmacs/progs/kernel/library/list.scm:97:8: Wrong type argument in position 1 (expecting CONSP): "."

I am using the Texmacs (1.0.6-8) installed by apt-get on Debian unstable.

Anyone has experienced this beahviour?

Please send the file which produced this bug when reporting this
kind of bugs.

A further question:
I tried to use
texmacs --convert file.tm file.tex with the result of erasing completely the original file.tm
Is this what the --convert option is supposed to do or am I using it in the wrong way.
The man texmacs tells --convert [in] [out].
My guess seems correct no?

I cannot reproduce this bug. Maybe it is related to the first one?

Best wishes, Joris

Hi Joris, sure it took some time to isolate the expression that causes the problem
Here I attach just this expression.
