Hi!
If there is no time to maintain WinTeXmacs then CygTeXmacs is a way ahead - 
under the assumption that it is as easy to install as WinTeXmacs. I've 
downloaded the first version an clicked on it. A dos-window pops up for a 
second (not long enough for me to see what's in it) and then nothing happens.
