The file $TEXMACS_PATH/plugins/mathematica/src/tm_mathematica.c
was not included in binary packages (by mistake). Get it from TeXmacs 
sources and try again.
This has been already fixed in cvs, so, in TeXmacs-1.0.6.5 this will be 
OK.
