Nesting of the protocol is basically implemented correctly only
for blocks inside verbatim blocks for the moment (it is also not
possible to embed a scheme block inside a LaTeX block for instance).
In easy cases (embedding into scheme blocks) it should not be to
hard to implement a fix, but I have no time for this right now.
In the case of prompts (your bug report), it is probably a good
practice to put the prompt at the end of your output anyway,
even if this requires writing a few extra lines.
